摘　　要：论述了宝钢分公司冷轧薄板厂1220mm冷连轧机组的过程计算机系统及通讯。从计算机网络的角度出发介绍了L1的光纤环网MDWS-600S1和L2的以太网的工作原理、L2和L1及L3的数据接口;从实际生产的角度出发论述了数据的传输。从而说明了过程计算机在机组生产过程中的重要性,其为公司“产、销、研”一体化管理网络提供了实时、可靠、安全的数据通道。The process computer system and communication of the 1220mm continuously cold- rolling mill in Cold Rolling Thin Strip Plant, Baosteel Branch, are described. The working principles for L1＇s optical fiber circle network （ MDWS - 600S1 ） and L2＇s Ethemet network, and the data interfaces of L1, L 2 and L 3 are introduced on the basis of the computer network technology. In terms of actual production, the data transportation is discussed. The importance of the process computer on the production line is shown, which provides a real-time, reliable, and safe data-way for the company ＇s＂ production-sales-research＂ integrated management network.
