摘 要:[目的]调查分析中学生多种健康相关行为的现状和存在问题,为制定青少年危害健康行为的早期干预措施提供参考依据。[方法]按照整群抽样的方法选取深圳市某中学高一高二400名学生为调查对象,采用现场问卷调查方式。应用SPSS11.0统计软件对资料进行统计分析。[结果]不健康饮食方式如多吃甜点、少吃奶制品、不吃或少吃早餐、厌食等的发生率均较高。尝试吸烟率仍在上升,尝试饮酒率有下降的趋势,成瘾性药物的滥用率则有明显上升的趋势。深圳在校中学生的心理压力较大,导致考虑、计划、试图自杀的发生率较高。学校青春期知识健康教育工作开展的比较好。各种健康相关行为的发生状况年级差异显著(P﹤0.01),性别差异不明显。[结论]深圳市高中学生的健康相关行为仍存在各种问题,其中心理问题、吸烟和成瘾性药物使用、不健康饮食方式比较突出,应根据不同年级的差异选择恰当时机,针对特定问题采取有效的早期干预措施,以切实保护青少年的身心健康。[Objective] To analyze the current conditions and possible problems of health-rolated behaviors of middle School students. To provide reference for the prevention interventions of health risk behaviors in middle school students. [ Methods] The Youth Risk Behavior Survey (YRBS) questionnaires were completed by 400 middle school students in Sben Zhen anonymously who were selected using cluster sampling method. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 11.0. [ Results] Unhealthy diet such as more dessert, less milk, breakfast skipping or less breakfast and anorexia were common in middle students. There was a rise in attempting to smoke, a decline in attempting to drink and a remarkable rise in drug abuse. The students in Shen Zhen with high levels of mental stress were more likely to make a plan to commit suicide or attempt to suicide. The youth health education work were well carried out in schools. There was a statistically significant difference of health-related behaviors between grades but not between genders. [Conclusions] The high school students in Shen Zhen are engaged in many behaviors that increase their risks of health problems. The prevalence of four categories of behaviors is particularly noteworthy, including mental stress, cigarette smoking, drug abuse and unhealthy diet. It is necessary to carry out effective measures for prevention and early intervention according to the difference of different grades to protect the students' mental and physical health.
