摘 要:碳纤维布与钢板复合加固是一种新型的加固方法,可应用于桥梁等大跨度梁的加固。本文对12根碳纤维布与钢板复合加固钢筋混凝土梁进行了试验研究,结果表明,碳纤维布与钢板复合加固方法可较大幅度地提高钢筋混凝土梁的截面刚度,减小其变形。在试验研究的基础上,分析钢筋混凝土梁在碳纤维布与钢板复合加固后截面刚度的变化规律,并运用刚度解析法对截面刚度进行了计算,同时结合相关试验资料的统计分析,提出复合加固梁截面刚度的简化计算公式。其计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,可为实际工程应用提供参考。Combination strengthened RC beamswith Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer(CFRP) and steel plates is a new rehabilitation method, which can be used to strengthen long-span beams of bridges. The experimental researches were conducted on the flexural behaviors of 12 reinforced concrete beams. The experimental results show that the combination strengthening method can improve the sectional stiffness significantly and reduce deformation effectively. On the basis of the experimental researches, the law of changes in the sectional stiffness of beams was analyzed, and calculation was performed. A simplified formula for calculation of the sectional stiffness of RC beams combination strengthened with CFRP and steel plates was established on the basis of statistical analysis of the test data. Its theoretical calculation results are consistent with the experimental results, thus providing references for engineering application.
