摘　　要：目的:寻找出有利于陈皮挥发油微囊成囊的优化条件。方法:以外观、载药量、包封率等为指标,对微囊处方中的囊材种类及其浓度、囊芯与囊材比、增塑剂与抗黏剂的种类及用量进行考察。结果:按优化条件制得的微囊表面光滑,包封率达到了84.50%,载药量达到28.32%。结论:所选用的优化条件比较合理,能够较显著的提高挥发油微囊的稳定性。AIM ： To find optimium conditions which would be beneficial to the microencapsulation of the citrus oils microcapsules. METHODS ： The influenceing factors, such as the kind and concentration of coating material, plasticizer and antiadherent, ratio of volatile oil to coating material were investigated using appearance, encapsulation efficiency and volatile oil loading as evaluation parameters. RESULTS： The microcapsules prepared by optimium conditions were smooth and possessed encapsulation efficiency of 84.50%, volatile oil loading of 28.32%. CONCLUSION： The optimum conditions are chosen reasonably to help increase the stability of volatile oils microcapsules.
