急性淋巴细胞性白血病患者血清IL-12、IFN-γ及LDH测定的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨急性淋巴细胞性白血病(ALL)患者血清白细胞介素12(IL-12)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)测定的临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法测定36例ALL患者不同阶段IL-12、IFN-γ水平,全自动生化分析仪酶法测定LDH水平,并与正常对照组比较。结果ALL初诊组血清IL-12、IFN-γ明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01,<0.05),LDH明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01);IL-12与IFN-γ呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。完全缓解组血清IL-12和IFN-γ明显升高,与对照组无统计学差异;LDH较治疗前明显下降但仍高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论IFN-γ、IL-12和LDH变化可能与白血病细胞的生长及机体抗肿瘤免疫功能受损有关。[Objective] To investigate the clinical significance of detecting the levels of serum IL-12,IFN-γ and LDH in patients with acute lymphocyte leukemia（ALL）. [Methods] Serum levels of IL-12 and IFN-γ in different stage of 36 ALL patients were detected by ELISA method,concentration of LDH was assayed by auto biochemistry analyzer. They were contrasted to those of control group. [Results] The contents of IL-12 and IFN-γ in all patients with initial treatment were significantly lower than control group（P〈0. 01）,while the content of LDH was significantly higher（P〈0.01） ; IL-12 had positive relation with IFN-γ（P〈0.01）. The levels of serum IL-12 and IFN-γ in the patients of complete remission increased but there was no statistic difference compared with control group ; The level of LDH was significantly decreased than before, but it was still higher than control group. [-Conclusion] The change of serum IL-12,IFN-γ and LDH may be related to the growth of leukemia cells and the injury of human immune status of anti-tumor function.
