摘　　要：目的观察直肠癌组织淋巴管的形态、分布特点,为探讨直肠癌淋巴管转移机制提供形态学依据。方法采用半薄切片光镜观察法,观察了人直肠癌组织中淋巴管的形态学分布。结果半薄切片上见癌周边区有形状不规则的淋巴管,管腔扩张,管壁有缺损。癌周边区淋巴管数量增加,与正常区比较淋巴管的检出率经t检验有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论癌周边区淋巴管的形态和数量变化,为癌细胞淋巴管转移提供了解剖条件。Objective Observe the morphologic feature and distributions of lymphatic vessels in rectal cancer to investigate mechanism of lymphous metastasis cancer. Methods To discuss the distribution and eonfiguratiom of lymphatic vessels in rectal cancer by observing the semithin sections under light microscope. Results The lymphatic vessels were multiplied, dilated and irregular in peripheral areas of rectal cancer. Furthermore, the wall of some lymphatic vessels is broken.Tbe difference of cancer detection rate is significant between peripheral areas and normal region by statistics（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The number and morphology of lymphatic vessels changed in peripheral areas, which make the lymphous metastasis of cancer cells easy.
