摘  要:从原辅材料选择、电炉冶炼、LF炉和VOD炉精炼等方面,论述了高级纯铁的生产全过程,重点分析了脱[P]、[S]、[C]、[O]的主要影响因素及所应采取的措施;为了确保高级纯铁[%C]合格和降低其[%O],根据VOD极限真空度的变化,提出了VOD合理的吹氧量和用Al量,从而控制钢中的残Al量。From the aspects of the selection of raw material, smelting by EF, LF and refining by VOD, the whole process for production of high - grade pure iron was described, the main factors affecting the degassing of P, S, C, O and measures to be taken were analyzed emphatically. In order to ensure the C content of high- grade pure iron to come up to standard and decrease percent content of O, reasonable oxygen blowing and amount of Al addition were suggested according to the variation of ultimate vacuum in VOD, so the residual Al in steel was brought under control.
