摘 要:介绍采用边界层抽吸提高透平通流部分效率的方法.给出了叶栅端部次流损失与来流边界层位移厚度间的定量关系.通过边界层计算和透平级通流计算,确定合理的抽吸流量和相关的透平级通流部分主要结构尺寸,分析对透平级效率及热力特性的影响.对200MW汽轮机高压缸的计算表明,采用抽吸技术,可使缸效率提高0.4%左右.A method to improve the efficiency of the turbine through-flow passage using the technique of boundary layer suction is introduced. The quantitative relationship between the secondary loss in turbine blade rows and the upstream boundary layer displacement thickness is given. With the calculations of boundary layer and turbine through-flow, the rational suction flow rate and main structure size of the turbine thrugh-flow passage are determined.The influences of suction on the turbine stage efficiency and the thermal performance are also analyzed. The calculation results for the HP cylinder of a 200 MW steam turbine show that the cylinder efficiency may be increased by 0.4% using the technique of boundary layer suction.
