摘　　要：目的:提高对卵巢生殖细胞肿瘤CT及B型超声诊断准确率。材料和方法:回顾性分析我院手术病理证实的20例23个卵巢生殖细胞肿瘤的CT及B型超声和CT表现特点。结果:20例中,畸胎瘤15例17个、内胚窦瘤2例2个和无性细胞瘤3例4个。17个畸胎瘤中,成熟性囊性畸胎瘤14个、畸胎瘤恶变1例和皮样囊肿扭转2例。这些肿瘤各自都有其CT和B型超声表现特点。结论:CT及B型超声为诊断本病的重要的影像检查手段,结合临床综合分析,有助于提高诊断准确率。Purpose： To improve the accuracy of CT and US diagnosis of ovarian germ cell tumors, Materials and Methods： The CT and US features of 20 cases with ovarian germ cell tumors proved surgically and pathologically were analysed retrospectively. Results： Of 20 cases there were 15 cases with 17 teratomas, 2 cases with 2 endodermal sinus tumors and 3cases with 4 dysgerminomas, of 17 teratomas, 14 tumors were matured , and cystic teratomas, 2 tumors were degenerative malignant teratomas and 2 dermoid cysts with torsion, These tumors had some CT and US characteristic features respectively, Conclusion： Both CT and US are the important methods for diagnosis of ovarian germ cell tumors, and cmbinated with clinical data can improve their diagnostic accuracy rate.
