消癌平注射液联合化疗治疗中晚期肺癌的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察消癌平注射液联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法:选择非小细胞肺癌患者62例,分为消癌平注射液联合化疗组30例(治疗组)及单纯化疗组32例(对照组),两组化疗均采用GP、CT、NP方案,完成2个周期后进行疗效评价。结果:治疗组有效率为53.3%,对照组为43.8%,两组比较无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗组在生活质量等方面疗效明显优于对照组(P值均<0.05);治疗组NK细胞活性及CD4/CD8比值治疗后明显高于治疗前(P<0.01),对照组NK细胞活性及CD4/CD8比值治疗后低于治疗前(P<0.01)。治疗组毒副反应发生率低于对照组,但无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:消癌平注射液联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌有较好疗效,能有效改善临床症状,提高免疫功能,值得临床推广使用。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of combined xiaoaiping injection with chemotherapy for the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）. Methods：Sixty-two cases with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were divided into two groups. Thirty patients of test group were treated with combination of xiaoaiping injection and chemotherapy, and 32 patients of control group only received chemotherapy. The curative effects were evaluated after 2 circles. Results：The total efficiency rates in two groups were 53.5% and 43.8% （ P 〉 0. 05）. The life quality of patients in test group is superior to the patients in control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. The values of nature killer cells and CD4/CD8 after treated were enhanced than those of pre-treated in test group, and declined in control group （P 〈0. 01 ）. The incidence rates of the side effect in test group were lowered than those of control group, but no apparent difference （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Combined xiaoaiping injection and chemotherapy can improve the curative effect of advanced nonsmall cell lung cancer and the patients＇ life quality, as well as enhancing the immune function.
