CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检对肺小结节的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检对肺小结节的诊断价值。方法自1996年10月到2005年11月，对384例肺小结节患者施行CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检，对其结果进行回顾性分析。结果CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检诊断肺小结节的准确率为974％（374／384），并发症发生率16．1％（62／384）；对恶性肿瘤诊断的敏感性为98．8％（328／332），特异性为100％。结论CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检是诊断肺小结节有效的、可靠的方法，值得推广。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of CT-guided transthoracic needle biopsy to small pulmonary nodules. Methods From October 1996 to November 2005, 384 cases of small pulmonary nodules were treated by transthoracic needle biopsy under CT guidance, and the results were retrospectively analyzed. Results The diagnostic accuracy rate of CT-guided transthoracic needle biopsy to small pulmonary nodules was 97.4 %（374/384）, The rate of complication was 16.1%（62/384）, and the sensitivity and speciality of diagnosis of malignant tumor was 98.8 %（328/332） and 100 %, respectively. Conclusion CT-guided transthoracic needle biopsy is an effective and reliable methods to the diagnosis of small pulmonary nodules, and is worth to be promoted.
