摘　　要：分析了大学生非正式群体的特点和类型,提出对大学生非正式群体要通过正面渗透、顺势“利用”、疏导结合及满足合理要求等途径来加强教育和管理。This paper analyzes on the features and types of informal groups of university students, and advances some paths for strengthening the education and management of university students through making the obverse infiltration, making the best use of the situation, combining the relief and guidance, and satisfying the rational requirements, etc.
