摘　　要：本文首先诠释了公司治理生态的涵义,然后论述了公司治理生态与财务欺诈行为的相关性,接着从公司治理生态的角度剖析了上市公司财务欺诈行为的成因,并提出了加强公司治理生态建设,治理财务欺诈行为的对策建议。This paper firstly explain the definition of corporate governance ecology, secondly discuss the relationship between corporate governance ecology and financial fraud, then analyze the reason of the financial fraud, and lastly put forward the advice to strengthen the establishment of corporate governance ecology and keep financial fraud away.
