摘　　要：本文旨在对超现代管理范式与方法论特点进行全面评析。本文认为,对西方超现代管理应做具体分析,它们是以不同方式探究或表现当代西方的企业组织与管理特征,并揭示了西方现代管理学、管理的现代模式发展的内在矛盾与种种消极后果,这对我们是有认识价值与借鉴意义的。The paper analyses the origin, paradigm and methodological characteristics of the hyper-modem management. The author thinks that western hyper-modem management tries in different ways to explore or describe characteristics of enterprise organization and management in western countries today. Western hyper-modem management has also revealed modernity of western management, the interior contradictions and negative results of development models of management modernization, which are worth studying and using as reference.
