改良双敞法结合数字牙片在弯曲根管治疗中的临床评价

摘　　要：目的评估改良双敞法结合数字牙片对弯曲根管治疗的效果。方法用改良双敞法对53人53颗患牙共94个弯曲根管进行治疗,在治疗前、中、后应用数字化牙片了解根管数目形态、确定根管工作长度、判断治疗效果。结果对53人的53颗患牙根管充填后拍摄数字牙片及观察术后反应,47例患牙根管充填后X线片显示根管成形及充填满意,其余6例不同程度地存在X线影像欠佳,满意率88.68%;53例病人有3例根管预备后有轻度术后反应(+),1例根管充填后出现中度术后反应(++),所有病例均无严重术后反应,术后急性反应率为1.89%。结论改良双敞法结合数字化牙片在弯曲根管根管治疗中有很重要的作用,可有效改善弯曲根管治疗的效果。Objective To assess the application of modified double-flared technique in conjunction with digital radiograph in endodontic treatment of curved root canals. Methods 53 teeth of 53 patients were included in the study. A total of 94 curved root canals were treated with modified double-flared technique in this research. Digital radiograph in individual angulation was taken to learn the messages of the teeth and measure the work length. Treatment results were evaluated with digital radiograph before the treatment,during and after the treatment. Results Satisfactory radiographical results were obtained in 47 cases and 6 cases failed. The Satisfaction rate was 88.68%. One case had moderate endodontic flare_up after root canal filling and 3 cases had mild endodontic flare_up after root canal preparation. The acute reaction rate was 1.89%. Conclusion Modified double-flared technique in conjunction with digital radiograph played a decisive role and efficiently enhanced the successful rate in endodontic treatment of curved root canals.
