摘　　要：目的探讨诱生型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)在鼻咽癌组织中的表达与肿瘤的浸润、转移的关系。方法应用免疫组化方法检测77例鼻咽癌患者活检石蜡包埋标本的iNOS与并分析它与肿瘤的浸润(T分期)与转移(N分期)的关系。结果iNOS在鼻咽癌组织中的阳性表达率为33.77%(26/77),iNOS表达与T分期、N分期呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论鼻咽癌组织中iNOS的表达肿瘤浸润与转移中起到促进作用。Objective To investigate the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase （iNOS） in nasopharygeal Carcinoma and its relationship with infiltration and metastasis of tumor, Methods Protein expression of iNOS was examined immunohistochemically in tissue sections of 77 nasopharyngeal specimens and the relationship between expression of iNOS and infiltration or metastasis of tumor was analysised. Results iNOS was detected in 33, 77% （ 26/77 ） of the nasopharygeal tissue. The expression of iNOS was significantly correlated with T/N stages （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The expression of iNOS in ansopharygeal carcinoma may contribute to infiltratian and metastasis of tumor.
