摘  要:目的探讨采用斑马鱼监测农药污染的饮用水的可行性,为建立水质综合毒性评价方法提供依据。方法采用斑马鱼的急性毒性试验方法检测饮用水的毒性,用SPSS12.0统计分析斑马鱼的半数致死浓度(LC50)。结果斑马鱼能够灵敏检测饮用水农药污染,在浓度达到微克时,仍然有响应;部分被检测农药的24 hLC50与48 h和96 h结果相近,可以用来代替48 h和96 h的毒性测试结果,缩短了毒性测试时间。结论斑马鱼的急性毒性测试方法可以用来对饮用水的农药污染进行快速检测。Objective To explore the feasibility that Brachydanio rerio detected the toxicity of drinking water polluted by pesticide and provide evidences for the constitution of water quality compositive toxicity assessment. Methods The toxicity of drinking water was detected with Brachydanio rerio acute toxicity experiment, and median lethal concentration(LC50) was analyzed by SPSS12.0. ReSults Brachydanio rerio could sensitively detect the toxicity of drinking water. Even if the concentration of pesticide reached to gammas , Brachydanio rerio also could respond. The 24 h LC50 value of parts of pesticides was close to the 48 h and 96 h LC50, and could substitute for them and shortened the detecting time. Conclusion The method of Brachydanio rerio acute toxicity experiment could detect the drinking water polluted by pesticides.
