摘  要:目的研究该厂稳态噪声对听力影响。方法采用职业卫生学调查,对作业环境噪声强度、频率分布及研究对象的听力测定。结果生产车间噪声声强范围在85—89dB(A)之间;不同性别之间的听力损失差异无显著性;在高频段随着频率的递增,听损人数增多;两组高频段听损检出率高于语频段,高频段观察组听损检出率(44.44%)高于对照组(12.96%);语频段观察组听损检出率(15.69%)高于对照组(1.85%)(x^2=7.19,P〈0.01);同工龄段,高频听损多于语频听损。工龄1-10年者,高频听损率与工龄成正比。结论观察组环境噪声超标,稳态噪声对听力的损害首先在高频段,工龄1-10年的人群为重点监护对象。Objective To explore the effect of stable noise on the hearing of workers in a chemical plant. Methods The occupational hygienic investigation was adopted, the measure of the distribution of the intensity and frequency of environmental noise in workplaces and the measure of worker hearing in the workplaces were detected. Results The range of sound intensity of noise in the productive depart was 85 - 89 dB(A) . There was no significant difference on the hearing loss between male and female workers. The number of workers with hearing loss increased as the frequency of noise increased in the high frequency band. Rates of hearing loss of test group (44.44 %, 15.69 % ) was higher than those of control group ( 12.96 %, 1.85 % ) in high frequency and language frequency. For those who have worked for 1 - 10 years, the rate of high frequency loss increased as the years of service increased. Conclusion Stable noise might be harmful to human hearing and the rate of hearing loss in high frequency trends to increase as the years of service increase.
