摘　　要：目的探讨生存素(Survivin)在个旧矿粉诱导永生化人支气管上皮细胞(BEAS-2B)转化为肺癌细胞过程中的作用。方法采用免疫荧光细胞化学染色技术和逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术检测Survivin蛋白及其mRNA在BEAS-2B及其转化为恶性肺癌细胞过程中的表达。结果Survivin蛋白在BEAS-2B中表达阴性,在肺癌细胞中表达阳性;Survivin mRNA在BEAS-2B中的表达显著低于肺癌细胞(P<0.01)。结论Sur-vivin在个旧矿粉诱导BEAS-2B转化为恶性肺癌细胞中发挥重要作用,其机制可能为抑制肺癌细胞凋亡;Sur-vivin有望成为个旧矿工肺癌诊断和治疗的新靶点。[Objective] To study Survivin＇s role in the pathway of the malignant transformation in immortalized human bronchial epithelial＇cells （BEAS-2B） which were induced by Gejiu mineral powder. [Methods] The expression of Survivin protein and mRNA in BEAS-2B cells and it＇s malignant transformation cells were evaluated by immunofluorescence cytochemistry staining techniques and reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR）. [Results] The protein expression Of Survivin was negative in BEAS-2B cells and positive in its malignant transformation cells. The mRNA level of Survivin in BEAS-2B cells was significantly lower than that in its malignant transformation cells（P〈0.01）. [Conclusions] Survivin may suppress apoptosis in the pathway of the malignant transformation in the BEAS-2B cells induced by Gejiu mineral powder. Survivin may be identified as a new and potential diagnostic and therapeutic target of lung cancer in Gejiu miner.
