摘　　要：以2004年度诺贝尔生理学或医学奖获奖者为案例,叙述了巴克的创新性科研活动的历史过程,并从三个方面(两位诺贝尔奖获得者和诺贝尔医学委员会)剖析了科研项目和研究者的动机、评价、合作和竞争等问题。Of two laureates of 2004 Nobel Prize for physiology or medicine,Buck,L.makes breakthrough by her creativity, and Axel,R.fulfills the problem by competition and cooperation of his team in general.This is a combined,but rare model of awarding Nobel Prize--to unite creativity in research and its organization work together.
