单板热板干燥工艺研究

摘　　要：本试验用正交设计、方差分析的方法,对不同树种、不同厚度的单板的热板干燥进行了研究,从而得出最佳垫板选择及最佳的热板干燥工艺,达到了既提高单板干燥质量,又大幅度降低能耗,提高热效率之目的。在与常规干燥比较的基础上,对单板热板干燥进行了理论探讨,并指出了该干燥方法的适用范围。In the paper, the veneers of various trees and the different thicknesses have been studied with an orthogonal design and various analysis. Thereby the optimal drying technique and optimal caul were obtained, which results in improving the quality .of veneer drying and grealy decreasing energy consumption. Compared with conventional way, the heated caul drying was discussed and the suitable range of the drying method was presented.
