弯管回弹的理论分析

摘　　要：针对弯管机冷弯加工实际,结合已有的试验数据,提出了一种弯管加工过程中弯矩随弯角变化的模型。在此基础上,推导出任意弯曲角度下的弯管回弹规律,它能较好地说明小角度弯曲情况下弯管的回弹行为,同时在大弯曲角度范围内与现有的弯管回弹规律保持一致。Based on the manufacturing process and the obtained experimental data, a modal for the dynamic relation between bending moment and bending angle during pipe manufacturing was presented. Furthermore, the rule of spring-back for arbitrary bending angle has been obtained. It can well explain the spring-back behavior of the bending pipe under small bending angles. Meanwhile, it coincides with the current spring-back rule under large bending angles.
