螺旋CT多平面重建对周围型肺癌血管集束征的显示及诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨螺旋CT多平面重建对周围型肺癌血管集束征的显示及其诊断价值。方法:分析39例经病理及临床证实的周围型肺癌的螺旋CT表现,利用三维成像软件以多平面重建法进行重建,观察肿块血管集束征的显示情况并与横断面图像及肿瘤大小、临床分期进行比较。结果:3D CT能充分显示周围型肺癌血管集束征的情况,其分度与肿瘤的大小、分期有着密切的关系。结论:螺旋CT多平面重建技术能充分显示周围型肺癌的形态特征,血管集束征对周围型肺癌的诊断有重要价值,与肿瘤的大小及分期有着密切的关系,对病灶的分期、预后的判断亦有一定的参考价值。Objective： To explore the manifestation and diagnostic value of the vascular convergence sign of peripheral pulmonary cancer on multi-planar reconstruction（MPR） with spiral CT. Methods：The CT manifestations of peripheral pulmonary cancer proved pathologically and clinically in 31 cases were analyzed. MPR images were obtained with 3D reconstruction software. Manifestation of the vascular convergence sign of the tumor was observed and compared with axial CT images, tumor size as well as clinical staging. Results： The signs of vascular convergence in peripheral lung cancer could be fully demonstrated with 3D CT, and its extent had close correlations with tumor size and staging. Conclusion： MPR with spiral CT can demonstrate the characters of peripheral pulmonary cancer. The signs of vascular convergence have important value to the diagnosis of peripheral pulmonary cancer, furthermore, its extent has dose correlations with tumor size and staging.
