摘　　要：目的探讨双吻合器技术在低位直肠癌保肛术中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析我院于2001年2月-2005年10月应用双吻合器技术行低位直肠癌保肛术48例的临床资料。结果本组手术完全成功46例。因出血及吻合器切除圈有肿瘤残留改行Miles术各1例。术后出现吻合口漏2例，吻合口狭窄2例，局部复发3例。无手术死亡病例。结论掌握低位直肠癌保肛术的适用范围，应用双吻合器技术行保留肛门手术是可行的。Objective To evaluate the values of the double stapler technique in anus-saving of low rectal cancer. Methods The clinical data of 48 patients with low rectal carcinoma subject to anus- saving by using double stapler technique were retrospectively analyzed. Results Forty-six patients were operated on successfully. Two of them were converted to Miles because hemorrhage or residual tumor respectively. The anastomotic leakage occurred in 2 patients, and the anastomotic stenosis in 2 cases. Local recurrence occurred in 3 cases. There was no operative death. Conclusion Knowing indica- tions of anus-saving of low rectal cancer, application of the double stapler technique is practicable in anus-saving.
