摘　　要：介绍了数控仿真软件VERICUT的主要功能,分析了基于VERICUT建立数控加工仿真的工作流程;通过对其刀具轨迹优化原理进行了探索性研究,建立最优化数学模型。最后通过一个“电话上盖凹模加工”实例实现刀具轨迹的优化。This article introduces primary functions of the NC simulation software VERICUT and analyses establishment numerical control processing simulation work flow based on VERICUT; It creates an optimizing mathematical model through an exploratory research on its tool path optimization principle. Finally, the tool path optimization has been realized through the example of ＂a telephone＇s top head concave mold processing ＂
