摘 要:针对某型飞机地面压力加油系统存在的常用加油量加油时间过长的问题,提出了一种新的系统优化设计方案。基于该型飞机的常用加油方式为有余油的小加油量加油,并充分考虑到机翼油箱组和机身油箱组的不同特点,提出按机翼油箱组和机身油箱组分别单独进行加油系统优化设计。机翼油箱组按照各油箱同时满油的目标设计,机身油箱组采用Bayes优化方法对节流孔径进行优化设计。系统性能的计算结果验证了该方法的有效性。Aiming at the problem of long refueling time of normal refueling quantity-for one aircraft ground pressure refueling system, a new system optimal design method was proposed, The normal refueling mode of the aircraft is small refueling with surplus refuel. And oil box group of the wing has different characteristic from the fuselage'. For these reasons, the optimal design method was proposed that the oil box group of the wing and of the fuselage were designed respectively. The oil box group of the wing was designed for the goal that every oil box is full at one time. And the aperture of the throttle was designed optimally for the oil box group of the fuselage. The result of system performance shows that the method mentioned above is valid.
