摘 要:目的:建立液相色谱-串联质谱法快速检测鸡蛋中甲硝唑的残留量。方法:采用乙腈提取鸡蛋样品中的甲硝唑以及内标替硝唑,以Diamonsil C18色谱柱分离,液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱法测定,采用正离子方式,选择反应监测。结果:采用空白鸡蛋基质制作标准工作曲线,鸡蛋中甲硝唑检测的线性范围为0.05~25μg/kg,定量检测限为0.05μg/kg(S/N=15)。3个添加水平的平均回收率在98.1%-107%范围内,相对标准偏差在14%以下。结论:本法快速、灵敏、准确,可实现鸡蛋中甲硝唑残留的痕量检测。Objective: To develop a liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of metronidazole residues in eggs. Methods:The analyte and the internal standard, tinidazole were extracted with acetonitrile, separated on a diamonsil C18 column and detected on a tandem mass spectrometry by selected reaction monitoring (SRM) mode via electrospray ionization source operating in positive ion mode. Results: Calibration curves of metronidazole in egg were linear in the rang of 0. 05 25 μg/kg. The limit of quantification for metronidazole in eggs was 0. 05 μg/kg ( S/N = 15 ). The mean recovery ranged from 98.1% to 107% and the relative standard derivations were lower than 14%. Conclusion:The method is sensitive, specific and suitable for rapid determination trace metronidazole residues in eggs.
