鸡蛋中甲硝唑残留的液相色谱-串联质谱检测方法研究

摘　　要：目的：建立液相色谱-串联质谱法快速检测鸡蛋中甲硝唑的残留量。方法：采用乙腈提取鸡蛋样品中的甲硝唑以及内标替硝唑，以Diamonsil C18色谱柱分离，液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱法测定，采用正离子方式，选择反应监测。结果：采用空白鸡蛋基质制作标准工作曲线，鸡蛋中甲硝唑检测的线性范围为0．05～25μg／kg，定量检测限为0．05μg／kg（S／N=15）。3个添加水平的平均回收率在98．1％-107％范围内，相对标准偏差在14％以下。结论：本法快速、灵敏、准确，可实现鸡蛋中甲硝唑残留的痕量检测。Objective： To develop a liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of metronidazole residues in eggs. Methods：The analyte and the internal standard, tinidazole were extracted with acetonitrile, separated on a diamonsil C18 column and detected on a tandem mass spectrometry by selected reaction monitoring （SRM） mode via electrospray ionization source operating in positive ion mode. Results： Calibration curves of metronidazole in egg were linear in the rang of 0. 05 25 μg/kg. The limit of quantification for metronidazole in eggs was 0. 05 μg/kg （ S/N = 15 ）. The mean recovery ranged from 98.1% to 107% and the relative standard derivations were lower than 14%. Conclusion：The method is sensitive, specific and suitable for rapid determination trace metronidazole residues in eggs.
