摘 要:永磁双凸极电机(DSPM)是一种新型的交流无刷电机,其结构简单、可靠性高、功率密度高、高速性能好,因此在电动汽车和航空工业等领域有着广阔的应用前景。但DSPM磁链和电感均为非线性函数而无法采用常规的方法建立其精确的数学模型。文中采用二维电磁场有限元法对1台6/4极永磁双凸极电机进行了精确分析计算,得到了电机的静态特性;利用正态概率密度函数(NPDF)的特点建立了DSPM电机磁链和电感的非线性模型,获得了很高的模型精度。将仿真分析结果与实验结果进行了对比,验证了所建模型的精确性、有效性及方法的可行性。NPDF建模法为DSPM系统的设计、分析建立了基础。Doubly salient permanent magnetic motor (DSPM) is a new type of brushless electrical machine, which offers an excellent balance between cost, reliability, power density, and high speed capability. So it is an excellent potential in aircraft and automobile. But it always operates within the saturation region. Both the phase flux linkage and induction are nonlinear variations. So it is difficult to derive a comprehensive mathematics model which can describe the behavior of the motor exactly. In this paper, a 6/4 pole prototype DSPM motor is designed and calculated using 2-D FEM, the static characteristic is obtained. The paper presenta new method for flux linkage and inductance nonlinear modeling base on normal probability density function(NPDF). Simulation results show that this model is highly precise and less time consuming for convergence. It is compared with experimental results. The validity and accuracy of the approach is also verified with experiment results. It establishes the base of designing and analyzing DSPM motor system.
