放射治疗联合化疗治疗食管癌的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的比较食管癌放射治疗加化疗与单纯放射治疗的近期疗效和生存率。方法1999年5月至2000年6月对48例食管癌患者在根治性放射治疗中配合DDP+5-Fu化疗2个周期(综合组)。单纯根治性放射治疗44例为对照组。结果综合组与对照组的近期完全有效率分别为77.1%(37/48)和52.3%(23/44,P<0.05)。1,2,3年生存率综合组分别为72.9%(35/48)、56.3%(27/48)和33.3%(16/48),对照组分别为52.3%(23/44)、40.9%(18/44)和29.6%(13/44)。综合组1,2年生存率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论食管癌放射治疗中配合化疗能增加局部控制率,提高1,2年生存率。Objective To compare the survival rate and short-term results between radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy and radiotherapy alone in treatment of esophageal cancer. Methods From 1999 to 2000,48 esophageal cancer patients were treated with radiotherapy combined with DDP ＋5-Fu for two cycles （ group A） and 44 were treated with radiotherapy alone （ group B ）. Results CR in group A and B showed 77.1% （37/48） and 52.3% （23/44） respectively（P 〈0.05）. The 1-,2-,and 3- year survival rates in group A were 72.3% （ 35/48 ）, 56.3% （ 27/48 ） and 33.3% （ 16/48 ）, while in group B were 52.3% （23/44） ,40.9% （18/44） and 29.6% （13/44） ,respectively. Group A showed higher 1-,2-year survival rates than Group B （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Radiotherapy combined with DDP ＋ 5-Fu can raise the 1-,2-year survival rates and local tumor control rate.
