摘　　要：研究了某船尾门吊设备的关键部件--横车的结构设计和分析系统(CAD/CAE)集成,利用Pro/Engineer和Ansys软件分别作为设计系统和分析系统,采用IGES数据交换接口,对横车进行三维实体建模,得到了横车的位移、应变和应力分析结果,为横车的结构优化设计提供了可靠的分析数据。This paper studies the structural design and analysis system （CA D/CA E） integration of carriage which is a key part of stern A -frame. Pro/Engineer and Ansys are selected as the design and analysis system. The system is inte grated effectively by using data exchange standards-IGES. The 3D solid modeling and the finite element modeling are built. Using the Ansys software, the precious displacements, stresses and strains of the carriage are calculated and can be used for structural optimization design of carriage.
