摘　　要：航空工业上采用的以成形法成形半蜂窝波形条的方式,成形的波形条结构均匀、精度高、工艺简单。根据某厂生产波形条的工艺,利用非线性有限元法开发了成形法的有限元模型,运用该模型对现场的实际成形过程进行仿真计算,得到与现场实测相吻合的结果。比较板坯在单、双主动辊加载的条件下,成形结果的优劣性。在此基础上,对影响成形结果的主要因素进行分析。In the aviation indus profile strip structure even, the precis profile strip craft, has developed the try forms half honeycomb profile strip by the forming, the formed ion high, the craft is simple. According to some factory production forming finite element model using the non-linear finite element method, carries on the simulation computation using this model to the scene actual forming process, obtains result which actual tallies with the scene. Compared with forming result fit and unfit quality of the batten blank under the condition which the single, the double drive roll load. In this foundation, to affects the formed result the primary factor to carry on the analysis.
