摘　　要：目的探讨脑出血患者血浆神经肽Y(neuropeptide Y,NPY)水平的动态变化及临床意义。方法采用放射免疫法对35例脑出血患者和30例同期就诊的健康查体者进行血浆NPY的动态检测及血脂检验,两组对比并进行相关性分析。结果脑出血患者血浆NPY水平在发病后12h内就明显上升,24、72h逐渐下降但仍明显高于对照组,7d血浆NPY水平又上升。血浆NPY水平和血压有一定的相关性。结论NPY参与了出血性脑血管病的病理生理过程。Objective To observe dynamically the plasma neuropeptide Y（NPY） concentration in the patients with cerebral hemorrhage and its clinical significance. Methods The level of NPY in plasma were measured by radioimmunoassay in 35 cases of cerebral hemorrhage and 30 healthy persons as the normal control,the triglyceride was also measured at the same time. The two groups were compared and relative analysis was done. Results Compared with the controls, the levels of NPY in the patients with cerebral hemorrhage reached the peak within 12 hours after onset, and began to decrease gradually on 24th and 72nd hour after onset, but the levels of NPY were still higher than those in control group after 72 hours. The levels of NPY increased continually on 7th day after onset. The change of NPY was related to the changes of the arterial blood pressure. Conclusion The changes of NPY in plasma are involved in the pathogenesis of cerebral hemorrhage in acute period.
