摘　　要：《公路建设项目工程决算编制办法》的颁布,为公路建设项目实施过程中的造价控制与管理提供了一个良好的平台,也使项目管理过程资金使用更加透明化。面对公路建设的新形势,造价管理与控制的任务任重而道远,充分认识工程决算编制的重要性,理解工程决算编制的目的,掌握工程决算编制的方法,对规范造价管理,不断提高工程造价管理水平具有十分重要的意义和作用。The issuing of the method of final accounts making of highway engineering project not only offer a platform for cost controlling and management in highway construction, but also make cash used in project management more clear. Facing the new trend of highway construction, cost management and controlling become more and more important. Fully knowing the importance of making final accounts and the aim of it and mastering making final accounts method for highway construction have much more and function for regulation cost management and improving project cost management level.
