摘  要:通过基质栽培研究了不同有机肥对生菜生长、产量、硝态N动态变化和品质的效应.结果表明,施用有机肥料显著增加生菜株高和根重,产量增加55.6%-132.9%,达极显著水平(P≤0.01),其增产顺序依次为稻草(RS)>鸡粪(CM)>泥炭(PP)>玉米秆(MS)>菜籽饼(RM)>猪粪(PM).在生菜生长的前期(35 d)、中期(40 d)、后期(45 d),不同有机肥处理均使其叶片NO3--N含量较对照增加;各处理生菜叶片NO3--N含量随生长天数增加表现出2种变化特点,RM和RS处理生菜叶片NO3--N含量呈递减型,而CK,MS,PM,CM和PP处理者则表现为先增后减型.施用有机肥料大幅度提高生菜硝酸盐含量,降低其卫生品质.各有机肥处理降低生菜VC、可溶性糖、氨基酸等营养品质.The effects of six kinds of manures on growth, yield, change in nitrate-N content, nitrate content and nutrient quality of romaine lettuce were studied in soilless culture. The results showed that the root weight, height of romaine lettuce were increased by 17.7% -23.4% and 18.6% - 89.4%, respectively. The yield were increased by 55.6% to 132.9 % in six manure treatments (P≤0.01) and the effect was in the order of RS 〉 CM 〉 PP 〉 MS 〉 RM 〉 PM. The nitrate-N content of romaine lettuce was highly increased at different growing stages in all treatments and with the postponing of growing stages, the change in nitrate-N content in romaine lettuce leaves could be divided into two types: decreasing type (as in RM and RS treatments), and increasing-decreasing type (as in CK,MS,PM,CM and PP treatments). The nitrate content of romaine lettuce was remarkably increased by 39.6% -70.8% in six manure treatments. The contents of VC, soluble sugar and amino acids in romaine lettuce were reduced in all treatments.
