摘　　要：TM/ETM遥感影像在科学研究中有着广泛的用途,但目前国内用户要获取数据存在一定的困难。作为全球土地覆盖数据库的镜像站点,需要通过互联网发布一批TM/ETM影像,方便国内用户使用;同时为了以后能有针对性地进行改进,需要对数据的流向进行统计。ArcIMS是利用Web发布地图服务的一个解决方案J,SP是目前广泛使用的成熟的Web编程技术,结合ArcIMS与JSP技术发布TM/ETM遥感影像,可以根据不同层次的用户需求提供快速直观的数据索引手段。结合项目实践,对TM/ETM影像发布系统的整体设计与实现方法进行了研究,并分析了其中的关键代码。TM/ETM image is an important information resource in scientific research, but it is difficult for domestic users to obtain this kind of data. As a mirror site of global land cover facility, there is a set of data to be published through internet for domestic users. In order to maintain the system and improve the service, it is necessary to monitor the data flow and record users who had downloaded the data. ArcIMS is a solution for distributing mapping services on the web. JSP is a widely used web programming technology, It is possible to provide quick and clear query for users with different backgrounds through the combination of these two technologies. The study of designing and implementation of the system for publishing TM/ETM image are introduced, and some key codes are explained.
