摘  要:目的通过观察局灶性脑缺血预处理对血清脑红蛋白的影响,初步探讨其在脑缺血耐受中的意义。方法SD大鼠36只随机分为对照组、脑缺血再灌注组、脑缺血预处理组。每组12只,各组采用Longa等的大脑中动脉线栓法并加以改进,制备缺血预处理及缺血再灌注损伤实验动物模型,比较各组间神经功能缺损评分、病理变化及血清脑红蛋白的变化。结果脑缺血预处理组神经功能缺损评分较脑缺血再灌注组显著降低(P<0.01),病理切片染色显示神经元损伤、坏死也轻于后者,血清脑红蛋白含量高于脑缺血再灌注组及对照组(P<0.01)。结论血清脑红蛋白升高可能是局灶性脑缺血耐受产生的分子机制之一。Objective To investigate the effect of focal ischemic preconditioning on expression of neuroglobin in rats. Methods Thirty-six SD adult rats were divided into 3 groups randomly: sham group, cerebral ischemia-reperfusion(SS) group, brain ischemic preconditioning(PC) group. The rat model of focal cerebral ischemia was created by middle cerebral artery occlusion using modified Zea-longa method. The neurological deficit scores, pathological change and change in serum neuroglobin content were compared between different groups. Results Compared with the SS group, there were lower neurological deficit scores, less severe neuronal injury and higher expresson of neuroglobin in PC group. Conclusion High expression of neuroglobin might play an important role in the molecular mechanism of cerebral ischemic tolerance induced by focal ischemic preconditioning.
