摘 要:为了解决自动化生产流水线上物料在传送、收放卷过程中的偏差问题,本文设计了一种自动纠偏系统。该系统以线阵CCD作为传感器,以ARM作为控制器,以电机和滚珠丝杠作为执行机构,具有纠偏方式多样性,纠偏精度高和系统实时性高等优点。同时借助于LCD和GUI,实现了系统参数的图形化设置,系统运行状态的直观显示和纠偏基准位置的简单设定。实验表明,系统的响应时间不大于10ms,系统纠偏精度达到0.2mm,可适用于各种需要纠偏的场合。A new design of guide control system, which provides solutions to process deflection problems for the automatization pipelining circumstance, is put forward in this paper. Equipped with linear CCD image sensor, ARM microcontroller, electromotor and ball bearing, this system has many features, such as various guiding methods, high system precision and response. Besides, it integrates LCD and GUI for setting system parameters, displaying working status and changing the guiding point. The experiment shows that the response time of this system is no more than 10 ms and the system precision reaches at 0. 2 mm, The guide control system introduced in this paper can be applied to many occasions which need it.
