摘　　要：从语言的角度来讨论《管子》的年代是一个尚未全面开展的工作。要为《管子》断代,必须从词汇、语法和语音三个方面对《管子》的语言现象进行全面和透彻的描写。这篇论文是一个初步的努力,希望透过《管子》里的韵文,对这本书的语音现象进行描述,并总结其特点,进而对《管子》的成书年代做出提示。The composition date of Guanzi（管子） is an outstanding issue that is highly controversial. Although there have been seemingly endless speculations since at least the third century A.D., we still are very far from any conclusive answer. This paper hopes to contribute to this discussion by examining the rhymed passages in＇ Guanzi（管子）. As the sounds of any language change over time, rhymes used in poetry are based on sound and any changes in sound will change the way rhyme is used, thus rhyme can provide clues about pronunciation, which in turn helps us date the text.
