摘　　要：目的采用高效液相色谱法测定白带丸中阿魏酸的含量。方法色谱柱为Kromasil C18；以甲醇-水-醋酸（45：55：0．5）为流动相；检测波长320nm，外标法定量。结果阿魏酸在0．0856～0．2140μg之间呈良好的线性关系，r=0．9996，平均回收率为98．84％，RSD=1.61（n=7）。结论方法准确，稳定性好，可作为该复方制剂的质量控制标准方法。Objective An HPLC method for the determination of Ferulic acid in Baidai pills was established. Methods A Kromasil C18 colunn were used with methanol -water-acetic acid （45： 55： 0.5）. The content of Ferulic acid was detected at a wavelength of 320 nm. Results The linear range was 0.0856 - 0.2140μg with correlation coefficient r = 0.999 6 . The average recovery rate was 98.84%, RSD = 1.61 （ n = 7 ）. The method was accurate and repeatable. Conclusion It can be used for the quality control of Baidai pills .
