摘　　要：产业集群内部存在着显性知识和缄默知识两类知识。与显性知识相比,缄默知识是产业集群更重要的知识资源,是产业集群技术创新成功的一个不可或缺的变量,产业集群而产业集群有利于缄默知识的传播和扩散从而促进技术创新。There exist two kinds of knowledge inside the industrial colonies： explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge. Compared with explicit knowledge, tacit knowledge is a more important resource of knowledge of the industrial colonies and is an indispensable factor in the success of technological innovation in the industrial colonies, and in turn, the industrial colonies are beneficial to the spread of the tacit knowledge and thus can stimulate the technological innovation.
