摘　　要：肉芽肿是由组织细胞、巨噬细胞和/或上皮细胞聚集而成,大小不等的结节性病变为其镜下特征性表现,具有一定的诊断意义。肺部肉芽肿临床并不少见,但确诊较难,现就本病的发病机制、临床表现及治疗做一总结介绍,以提高临床医师对本病的认识。Granuloma are composed of clasmatocyte, macrophages and epithelial cell. The Microscopic features of various size nodule lesions, it was signinficant to diagnosis, it was not unusual in clinical , but it was hard to be diagnosis. In this paper , we reviewed the pathogenesis, clinical manifestations and therapy , in order to providing clues for the granuloma of lung.
