摘 要:为了解重庆嘉陵江主城段营养盐与藻类的关系,探索富营养化发生的机理,笔者运用生态学中的生态幅原理对该段水体营养盐限制因子进行了系统分析.分析结果表明:磷是试验段水体的限制因子,随总磷浓度的提高,藻类现存量增加,两者成正相关;试验藻对磷的生态幅表现为单峰型,耐性限度0.005~100mg/L,磷浓度0.005~0.150mg/L为藻类增幅最大区间;氮磷比值在10.O~40.0内藻类增幅最快,13.5为藻类生长的最适氮磷比值;试验段水体总磷浓度年变化区间为0.065~0.128mg/L,总氮年浓度变化区间为1.52~2.24mg/L,氮磷比值年变化在17~28间;温度在5~30℃区间内,磷生态幅的峰值随温度的升高而增加,5~15℃增长缓慢,20~30℃增长迅速;4、5、6、7月为藻类快速增长期.分析藻类营养盐限制因子的生态幅能够更好的反映出藻类、限制因子、富营养化三者之间的关系,为富营养化发生条件与机理的探索提供新思路.In order to study the relationship of nutrition and algae, and search after the mechanism of eutrophication, the ecological amplitude principle is used to study the nutrition restrictive factors. The experimental results show that: Phosphorus is the nutrition restrictive factor of the Jialing Rivers in the city zone of Chongqing. When the consistency of T-P grows up, the algal increases. The ecological amplitude of phosphorus is unimodality for "testing algae. Its tolerance range of phosphorus ( width of ecological amplitude ) is 0.005 - 100 mg/L. When the TN/TP is in 10.0 - 40.0 and the range of phosphorous consistency is in 0. 005 -0. 150 mg/L, the algae increases fastest. The optimum TP/TN for the growth of algae is 13.5. The range of TP is 0.065 - 0. 128mg/L in the Jialing River per year; TN is 1.52 - 2.24mg/L; TN/TP is 17 - 28. While the range of temperature is 5 - 30℃, the peak value of ecological amplitude of phosphorus increases with the temperature growing up. In the region of 5 - 15℃, the algae increase slowly; in the region of 20 - 30℃, increase rapidly. The period from April to July is the fast - growth time of algae. To study the ecological amplitude of nutrition restrictive factors can reflect the relationship of algae, restrictive factor and eutophication better. It also provides a new method to the researching of eutrophication.
