盐酸达克罗宁胶浆在上消化道内镜检查中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的观察盐酸达克罗宁胶浆在上消化道内镜检查和治疗中的应用，并与利多卡因胶浆用药患者进行对比，评估盐酸达克罗宁胶浆的麻醉润滑效果、祛泡效果，观察对于扩大适用人群的安全性，为临床使用提供合理的理论依据。方法用随机、开放、对照、多中心研究方法，对上海和京津等地区11个中心的444例行上消化道内镜检查和治疗的患者随机分为两组，分别于内镜检查和治疗前10～15min口服盐酸达克罗宁胶浆（试验组）和利多卡因胶浆（对照组），观察两组患者插镜及麻醉效果，祛泡效果以及口感等方面的差异。结果试验组在插镜及麻醉效果、祛泡效果、疗效判定和口感方面，明显优于对照组。两组皆无不良反应。结论盐酸达克罗宁胶浆麻醉作用强，药效发挥快，祛泡效果好，口感适宜，且无明显不良反应，操作安全，使用方便，简化了上消化道内镜检查前的用药。Objective To evaluate the value of hydrochloric daclonine mucilage on anesthesia,lubricating ability, removing foam, taste and total curative effect in, upper digestive tract endoscopic： examination and .therapy. Methods 444 patients from 11 centers in Shanghai Beijing and Tianjin who accepted upper digestive tract endoscopic examination and therapy were divided into two groups randomly. 10 to 15 minutes before examination the two groups had hydrochloric daclonine mucilage（experiment group） and lidocaine mucilage（control group） respectively. Then the difference of the two groups was observed on anesthesia, lubxicating ability, removing foam, taste and total curative effect. Results The experiment group was obviously betcer than the control group on the upper three points. There Was no ill effect in either of the two groups. Conclusion Hydrochloric daclonine mucilage has the character of stronger anesthesia ＇ability, faster pharmacodynamics, better lubricating function and better taste and so on. Furthermore, hydrochloric daclonine mucilage is safe and easy to performer and has no ill effect to patients. It makes premedication simple.
