健康快车四川南充站1103例白内障超声乳化术的临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价健康快车四川南充站白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术的疗效。方法对1103例自内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术的术中并发症、撕囊成功率、人工晶体囊袋内植入率、术后第1天视力、眼压及术后并发症进行分析。结果1103只服中撕囊成功率98．01％，人工晶体囊袋内植入率98．59％，术后第1天视力低于0．1者50只跟（4．53％），0．1～0-25者255只跟（23．12％），0．3～0．5者453只服（41．07％），0．6～0．8者206只服（18．68％），1．0以上者139只服（12．60％）。术后第1天眼压11～21mm Hg有1092只跟（99．0％），22-30mm Hg有9只眼（0．8％），30mmHg以上有2只眼（0．2％）。并发症：术中后囊破裂5例，部分悬韧带断裂2，例，乳化头损伤虹膜1例。术后轻度角膜水肿126例，虹膜部分后粘连1例。结论健康快车四川南充站超声乳化白内障摘出联合人工晶体植入手术疗效显著，术后主要并发症是术后第1天角膜水肿。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of phacoemulsification combined with the intraocular lens implantation for cataract on Sichuan Nanchong ：lifeline express. Methods Phacoemfilsification combined with the intraocular lens implantation was performed on 1103 eyes of cataract,intraoperative complications and postoperative complications, VA, IOP on postoperative day-1 was record. Results Of all these patients, the successful rate Of capculorhexis was 98.01%, and the rate of IOL implantation for anterior capcule was 98.59 %. On postoperative day 1 ,VA was less than 0.1 in 50 eyes （4.53 % ）, 0.1 to 0.25 in 255 eyes（23.12 % ）, 0.3 to 0.5 in 453 eyes （41.07 % ）,0.6 to 0.8 in 206 eyes（18.68% ）,.more than 1.0 in 139（12.60% ） eyes. IOP was 11 to 21mmHg in 1092 eyes（99.0 % ） ,22 to 30mmHg in 9 eyes（0.8 % ）, more than 30mmHg in 2 eyes（0.2 % ）. There were posterior capsular rupture in 5 case, paraal dehiscence of the zonule in 2 case and iris bitten by the phaco tip in 1 ease. Postoperatively,there were mild corneal edema in 126 cases and iris posterior syneehia in 1 ease;Conclusion The effect of phacoemulsification combined With the intraocular lens implantation for cataract on Sichuan Nanehong lifeline express is notable.
