摘  要:为根据给定传动比设计非H封闭式周转轮系得到效率高体积小的较佳方案,研究了该种轮系总传动比、基础传动比与封闭传动比之间的关系及其对效率的影响,得到了在满足许用效率的条件下基础传动比边界曲线表达式,绘出了边界曲线;给出了按照满足许用效率且体积较小的原则,合理选择基础传动比的方法.对于给定的总传动比,基础传动比的选用范围随许用效率的不同而变化,总传动比的绝对值越大,许用效率的值越高,则基础传动比越大.For a given transmission ratio, to get a better design of No---H Closed epicyclical gear train with high efficiency and small volume, the relations among overall transmission ratio, basic transmission ratio and closed transmission ratio in the kind of gear train with its effect to efficiency have been researched; the boundary curve expressions of basic transmission ratio have been found on condition that permissible efficiency is satisfied, and the boundary curved lines have been drawn; the method of reasonable choice of the basic transmission ratio has been ob- tained in accordance to the condition that satisfies the principle of permissible efficiency and smaller volume. To the given overall transmission ratio, the range to choose the basic transmission ratio is changed with the deferent pemissible efficiency; the larger the absolute value of the overall transmission ratio and the higher the value of pemissible efficiency, the larger is the absolute value of basic transmission ratio.
