摘　　要：目的：观察复方吡拉西坦治疗Ａｌｚｈｅｉｍｅｒ病的疗效。方法：Ａｌｚｈｅｉｍｅｒ病２８例（男性１５例，女性１３例，年龄６８±ｓ５ａ），用随机双盲法均分为２组，治疗组用复方吡拉西坦胶囊２粒，ｐｏ，ｔｉｄ，对照组用安慰剂胶囊２粒，ｐｏ，ｔｉｄ，一个疗程６０ｄ。结果：记忆商数（ＭＱ）和长谷川痴呆量分（ＨＤＳ）治疗组分别增值５±１２和４±４，对照组分别减值－５±９和－０．７±２．０，２组间差别对比Ｐ＜０．０５。日常生活能力（ＡＤＬ）治疗组减值－４±６，对照组增值１±３，２组间差别Ｐ＜０．０１。２组不良反应类似，主要有轻度活动增多，头痛、恶心、出汗等。结论：复方吡拉西坦能明显提高Ａｌｚｈｅｉｍｅｒ病人的记忆，认知和生活能力，无严重副作用。AIM: To confirm the effect of piracetam compound (PC) on Alzheimer's disease.METHODS:Double-blind method was adopted on 28 patients(M15,F13,age 68±5 a) :14 patients received PC 2 capsules,po,tid for 60 d (group A) ;the other 14 patients received placebo(group B) .RESULTS:The memory quotient(MQ) and HDS(Hastgawa Dementia scale) in group A were + 5 ± 12 and + 4 ± 4,respectively,in group B were- 5±9and-0.7±2.0,respectively (P<0.05).ADL(Activities of Daily living scale)of group A was-4±6,and + 1 ±3in group B,P< 0.01.No significant difference was seen in side effects of mind, digestion,and blood pressure which occurred in several patients in both groups. CONCLUSION:MQ,HDS and ADL of patients with Alzheimer's disease were improved by piracetam compound,without severe side effects.
