摘　　要：主要研究新疆生产建设兵团在屯垦戍边新型团场建设中土地的节约和集约利用问题。分析了土地利用的特点及存在的问题,指出土地节约集约利用的影响因素,并提出了加快新型团场建设的土地节约和集约利用对策与措施。This artide studied the optimal and intensive land- use in the new- type stationed- reclaiming and safeguarding border area state farms of Xinjiang Bingtuan. This article analyzed the characters and the current existent questions of land - use, and pointed out the influent factors of the optimal and intensive land- use,and put forward the countermeasures of the optimal and intensive land- use for accelerating the construction of the new- type area state farms.
