摘  要:目的筛选优化红花与川芎水煎混合提取工艺。方法以红花中羟基红花黄色素A(Hydroxysafflof yellow A.HSYA)、川芎中阿魏酸(Ferulic acid,FA)的提取转移率为考察指标,应用正交试验设计,考察水与药材的倍量、提取时间和提取次数对提取效果的影响。结果川芎加10倍量水浸泡20min,单独煎煮提取30min,药渣与红花混合再加14倍量水浸泡20min,煎煮两次,每次30min,能最大限度的提取红花与川芎药材中的有效成分,FA与HSYA的转移率分别为96.26%和99.76%。结论本文建立的优化工艺提取转移率较高,可为工业生产提供依据。OBJECTIVE To screen and optimize the mixture extraction process of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. and the flower of Cathamus tinctorius L. METHODS Based on the orthogonal test,the transferring rates of HSYA and FA were regarded as the index to evaluate extracting conditions such as the water volume, extractiong time and extracting times. RESULTS The optimal technology for HSYA and FA extraction was established. Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. was decocted alone for 30 minutes with 10 times amount of water after being soaked for 20 minutes. Then the gruffs are admixed with the flower of Cathamus tinctorius L. The admixture,which was also soaked for 20 minutes before being decoctied,was extracted two times, by using 14 times amount of water and 30 minutes each time. In this way,HSYA and FA were extracted utmostly,and the transferring rates both of them are near to 100%. CONCLUSION The extracting process has good transferring rate and may provide a basis for industrial production.
