摘　　要：蛋白质组学与免疫学分析方法结合形成了一门新学科,即免疫蛋白质组学。现从免疫蛋白质组学的由来、方法、技术要点以及应用等方面进行综述,并针对其局限性提出展望。Immunoproteomics is a new science from the combination of proteomics and immunological analytical methods. The forming process, tools, main technical points and applications of immunoproteomics have been discussed in this paper. Meanwhile, the development of this new science is prospected in terms of its limitations.
