摘　　要：目的探讨凋亡抑制蛋白(inhibitor of apoptosisprotein,IAP)家族中的新成员Livin在食管癌组织中的表达及其与食管癌临床病理的关系。方法采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)结合银染技术检测食管癌组织中Livinα mRNA和Livinβ mRNA的表达,并用westernblot分析Livin蛋白的表达。结果36例食管癌组织中Livin表达阳性率为50.0%,其表达与癌组织浸润深度和淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.05),而与癌组织分化程度无关(P>0.05)。而18例癌旁正常食管组织中Livin低表达,阳性率为5.6%(P<0.01)。结论Livin在食管癌组织中异常表达,有望成为食管癌诊断和基因治疗的新靶点。[Objective] To study the expression of Livin, a novel inhibitor of apoptosis protein （IAP） family member, in esophageal carcinoma and to explore relationship between the expression of Livin and clinical pathology of esophageal carcinoma. [Methods] The expression of Livinα mRNA and Livinβ mRNA in esophageal carcinoma tissues was measured by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR） combined with silver staining technique. The expression of Livin protion was measured by western blotting assay. [Results] Livin mRNA and Livin protein were expressed in 18 of 36 esophageal carcinoma cases （50%）, The expression of Livin was positively related to lymph node metastasis and infiltration degree of esophageal carcinoma （P 〈0.05）. The expression of Livin was not associated with the different histological grade （P 〉0.05）. Livin expressed low levels in para-cancerous （5.6%, P 〈 0.01）. [Conclusion]Aberrant expression of Livin may be a new target for diagnosis and gene treatment of esophageal carcinoma.
